Macro for Sending email for Microsoft outlook depending on field containing email address

I have following data in excel file

Col. A | Col. B | Col. C | Col. D
Email Address| Product Name | Qty | subject. for email

a@b.com Car 5 This is your data
a@b.com Vagon 4
b@c.com Car 555
b@c.com Car 544
b@c.com Car 55
b@c.com Car 4565
b@c.com truck 34
c@d.com truck 34
c@d.com truck 34
c@d.com truck 34


I need help to write a macro which will send all rows for each email address from Mircosoft Outlook. i.e. in above example 3 emails will be sent. The data may increase in no. of lines but columns will remain the same.

The email should be sent with Subject which is stored in D2.

Pl. help.
