DISCLAIMER**This is not an illegal copy of Excel.**
This copy of excel is a complimentary copy that I received back when 2003 was first put out. I have been using it for a long time now, but the macro menu has been grayed out for a while and I don't know how to access it. I can hit alt-F11 and access the VBA, but I don't understand what the problem is here. I tried reinstalling, but to no avail.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.

Answer for anyone else with this problem:

Tools>Customize>Toolbars.

Scroll to Worksheet Menu Bar and hit "Reset".

Note: this will wipe out any customizations you may have made to this Toolbar.
