Hi guys,

Trying to figure out how I can insert a button that will print sheet 1 on an A4 sheet from tray 1 of the printer, and then print sheet 2 on an A5 sheet from tray 2 of the printer. I figured that a macro would be able to do this, but I am unsure of how to create such a beast.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Best way to learn Power Query?
Read M is for (Data) Monkey book by Ken Puls and Miguel Escobar. It is the complete guide to Power Query.

Maybe try recording the macro, while you perform the task and see if that works. If not it will probably need to be done with sendkeys, but I cannot help you with that because I do not have any way of testing the sendkeys because I do not have a 2 tray printer and A4 or A5 sheets at home.

You could probably use a search engine to search for sendkeys for printing to tray 2 or something.

Hope that helps.
