Hi,

I would like to edit a text file i get once a week which needs to be transferred to an excel work sheet, with some standard formatting and I know a macro would help do this. But I need to delete some entire rows with certain headings the same with certain columns which can be at different row and column numbers each time i get this text file. Can I still use a macro to do this or is it impossible? If I can do It how do I set up the macro to do it?

Cheers

Yes, it's very possible - can you post some more detail about what you are looking to do and a sample of text.
