Hello.

I am new to macro and still trying to learn.

I have a table of data and 5 graphs, each on a separate sheets, that use the data from the table. Each week I add another entry to the data and then update my graphs. Is there a way to use a macro to automatically update all the graphs at once (I need to extend the ranges on all the graphs to include the new data point)?

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.

A macro can do this but you really don't have to use that... you could use a dynamically named range. For more info on this approach look up dynamic chart in the excel help and I believe your second option will be

using named ranges to create dynamic charts in Excel.
