I have spent the majority of my day trying every applicable macro I could find on the Internet and altering it for my needs with no success. If anyone here could help me I would be so grateful!

I have an Excel file with which I want to limit the Save As option to 3 file types that the different users of this workbook use for different reasons. They are xlsm, xltm and pdf.

I have been able to get xlsm alone to work with a few of the macros I have found but I run into trouble when I try to add the other two file types.

Anybody have any ideas?

Thanks so much!

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
It might be good to post the code that you do have, so we can see it, and, maybe we can build off of it.

I am thinking maybe a BeforeSave event procedure VBA code that checks to see what they selected, and if it meets your criteria.
