Macro Needed Please Help!

Hello,

I have spreadsheet where some columns and it's data needs to be transferred to the new tab. I don't know how to create a macro for it.

Basically, what I need is:

1. Transfer the data A1:B7 as column 1-7 with same data for rows
2. Transfer the A12, B12, G12, H12, I12, J12, P12, Q12, R12, S12 after data of A7 (all in blue shade).
3. If all has been transferred, it will show Yes on rows (Column T). It's possible that data will be updated (meaning A19 to whatever rows will add more data) I need to click the macro button again to transfer data, if any.
4. All data will be transferred to the next tab (please see the sample of how it will be on "Should look like after macro" tab.

I'm really having hard time to create macro for this and I need to submit this as my assignment online.

I don't know how to upload my spreadsheet
