Hello,

I need a vba code that looks through all of column D, which are date formatted like 09/27/19 & 09/28/19 etc. I need a code that will go through each one and remove the last 3 characters so it looks like 09/27 & 09/28.

Thank you in advance!!!

Are the current entered values valid date entries, or are they text entries?

Highlight column
Format cell (or Control+1 on windows) > select custom format > and type "dd/mm" without the quotes.

It will still be formatted as a date.

They are entered as date entries
So, can't you just change the format of the column to be "mm/dd"?
What is this being used for?
Do you need it to be changed to Text?
