Macro Or Formula

I need to look at column C. If there is unique data in the row then I want the words 'Not Yet Available' returned in column 'AC' in the matching row. Any more than 1 row with the same data then I want it left alone.

We all just used different ways to define the ranges.

I defined the ranges based on the screencap.
