I need some help please…. I have four tabs such CENTRAL, MIDDLE, FRONT, END (name of tabs) and when I plug SN# 111 in CENTRAL tab and same SN#111 in FRONT tab, I need to be highlighted in red.<o></o>

I’m doing with formula countif but just for one tab.<o></o>

Are you saying you wish to highlight duplicates ?

You could combine 3 COUNTIFs... assume SN#111 entries as described with the value on CENTRAL tab being in A1, your CENTRAL!A1:An conditional format rule would be:

=IF($A1<>"",COUNTIF(MIDDLE!$A:$A,$A1)+COUNTIF(FRONT!$A:$A,$A1)+COUNTIF(END!$A:$A,$A1))
format as Red

Obviously you would repeat the above on the remaining sheets modifying such that the "other" three sheets are listed in the COUNTIF
(e.g. for MIDDLE sheet you would replace MIDDLE with CENTRAL in the COUNTIF)
