Macro query: empty cells

Here's my problem:

I have a list of 100 companies on sheet 1. Sheet 2 lists selection criterias. Based on these selection criteria, on sheet 3 I filter the 100 companies to give me a more condensed list of say only those companies with employees above a certain cut off.

The issue is that after filtering and representing results on sheet 3, there are empty cells in between the various companies.(fault of my filtering). I want to remove these empty cells. automtically.I used simple macro, which basically copy pastes the filtered list (which can change any time with the filters) and then sorts the pasted list. The issue is it works for only only a certain filter criteria. if the filters change, the list should also change but it doesnt.

can someone please advice on a macro for removing empty cells from within a row that can have changing values. ?

thanks!
