Macro required to transfer selected Data

Hello All,

I have data entered into a worksheet named "Calculations" (See Below). I require a macro to find the top two figures from Column V ( In this case V7 and V4) and copy (T7 and V7) and (T4 and V4) to the next empty row/s columns C and D in the table on my next worksheet named "Figures" . If possible I would like a "+" sign to be added
to the numbers when they are transferred saving me time in having to do it manually after each transfer.
