Please suggest how can we run macro first at at start of each min. and thereafter repeat at start of each min ..irrespective of when we start macro in between of minute (..I am aware we can schedule repeat macro via below line in macro)

Application.OnTime Now + TimeValue("00:00:1"), "Macro"

Thanks

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
You may need to fetch a timestamp because, however unlikely, Now() could possibly change between the left and right sides of your operation.

VBA Code:
    Dim Stamp As Date

    Stamp = Now
    Application.OnTime Stamp + TimeSerial(0, 0, 60 - Second(Stamp)), "Macro"
