Hi folks,

I've just started my first job out of college and am pretty new to excel. I often use the "Ctrl+[" shortcut to get to the cells linked to a formula and verify the formula. I then use the F5 key to open the Go To menu and press the enter key to return to the original cell with the formula .

I am trying to figure out if there is a way to skip pressing the enter key and return back to the original cell by just pressing the F5 key. Is there a way to use macros to achieve this?

Excel Facts

Pivot Table Drill Down
Double-click any number in a pivot table to create a new report showing all detail rows that make up that number
For further understanding, this is the menu that comes up on pressing the F5 key and I wish to automate pressing the Ok button on this menu.
