I trying to develop a macro that will delete the entire row when a cell in column "AA" contains the text "Total Adjusted Duration"

Excel Facts

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
Try

Code:
Sub test()
Dim i As Long, LR As Long
LR = Range("AA" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Row
For i = LR To 1 Step -1
    With Range("AA" & i)
        If .Value = "Total Adjusted Duration" Then .EntireRow.Delete
    End With
Next i
End Sub

Welcome to the MrExcel board!

Test this in a copy of your workbook.

Assumes a heading row.

<font face=Courier New><br><SPAN style="color:#00007F">Sub</SPAN> DelRows()<br>    Application.ScreenUpdating = <SPAN style="color:#00007F">False</SPAN><br>    <SPAN style="color:#00007F">With</SPAN> Range("AA1", Range("AA" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp))<br>        .AutoFilter Field:=1, Criteria1:="=Total Adjusted Duration"<br>        <SPAN style="color:#00007F">On</SPAN> <SPAN style="color:#00007F">Error</SPAN> <SPAN style="color:#00007F">Resume</SPAN> <SPAN style="color:#00007F">Next</SPAN><br>        .Offset(1).Resize(.Rows.Count - 1).EntireRow.Delete<br>        <SPAN style="color:#00007F">On</SPAN> <SPAN style="color:#00007F">Error</SPAN> <SPAN style="color:#00007F">GoTo</SPAN> 0<br>        .AutoFilter<br>    <SPAN style="color:#00007F">End</SPAN> <SPAN style="color:#00007F">With</SPAN><br>    Application.ScreenUpdating = <SPAN style="color:#00007F">True</SPAN><br><SPAN style="color:#00007F">End</SPAN> <SPAN style="color:#00007F">Sub</SPAN><br></FONT>
