Macro to browse the folder and copy subfolder and workbook to paste in macro workbook of sheet 2

Hi all,

I need an macro to browse an Folder and it has subfolder as eg: may 1 ,may 2, may 3 ... And each folder has 1 to 5 files, the file numbers may vary some time it have 1 to 4 , it depends..but all workbook has only one sheet and all are in same alginnment . I want my macro to go to an folder and copy all sub folder may 1,2,3,4 and all the workbooks sheet 1 to be pasted in sheet 2 of my macro workbook. Also I want first row in all the workbooks to be removed.


Example
Folder
Subfolder: may 1,may 2... Etc
May1; 1 to 5 workbooks and data's are there only in sheet1 ,also first row of all the workbooks should be removed .



I need an macro for this... It will be really helpful if anyone help. Tq
