Hi, all.

Because the file is heavy, I turned the calculation option into manual when opening workbook using this code and it works:
VBA Code:
Private Sub Workbook_Open()
Application.Calculation = xlCalculationManual
End Sub

But when I put this code to change calculation option back to Automatic when closing workbook,
VBA Code:
Private Sub Workbook_BeforeClose()
Application.Calculation = xlCalculationAutomatic
End Sub
it gives error: "Compile error: Procedure declaration does not match description of event or procedure having the same name."

What should I do to make it works?

Thank you in advance.

Excel Facts

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
What happens if you make this change?

Rich (BB code):
Private Sub Workbook_BeforeClose(Cancel As Boolean)
Application.Calculation = xlCalculationAutomatic
End Sub
