Macro to change cell value and print to PDF

Hi all

Right, I need a macro that changes a cell in my sheet then prints all active sheets via PDF. Sounds really short and simple but I'm getting nowhere quickly. My spreadsheet contains a lots of hidden pages which I don't need prints hence just active sheets plus the list of cell changes is large ( Up to 100 ) Big ask but any help here would be great.
