Hi

I have the following macro attached to a command button to that saves the file as a CSV. If possible I would like it to prompt/enable the user to change the file name before it is converted, can anyone help me with this?

Thanks

Karen

Sub Macro2()

ChDir "N:\Consultancy"
ActiveWorkbook.SaveAs Filename:= _
"N:\Consultancy\Front End Time Sheet V5.1test.csv", FileFormat:=xlCSV, _
CreateBackup:=False
End Sub

Excel Facts

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
Try

Code:
Sub Macro2()
Dim fname As String
fname = InputBox("Enter filename")
ActiveWorkbook.SaveAs Filename:= _
"N:\Consultancy\" & fname & ".csv", FileFormat:=xlCSV, _
CreateBackup:=False
End Sub
