I have tried to write code to clear values coloured in yellow (Yellow fill) in D31:AE41

Code:
 Sub Clear_ValuesYellow()
Dim Myrange As Range
For Each Cell In Myrange
Myrange = Range("D31:AE41")
  If Cell.Interior.Color = 6 Then
        Cell.ClearContents
    End If
    Next

End Sub

It would be appreciated if someone could kindly amend my code

    Dim Myrange As Range, cel As Range
    Set Myrange = Range("D31:AE41")
    For Each cel In Myrange
        If cel.Interior.ColorIndex = 6 Then
            cel.ClearContents
        End If
    Next cel
    Application.ScreenUpdating = True
End Sub
