I have a employee attendance sign-in sheet for monthly safety training. Since our company has so many employees, I want to put our monthly trainings on Teams to eliminate paper usage and to avoid social distancing restrictions. With previous trainings, employees would review the learning material and sign the attendance sheet confirming their participation in said training. I have all their digital signatures in an Excel workbook on Sheet2 with the their names listed on Sheet1. How can I create a macro to copy and paste their signatures beside their name? I tried recording a macro doing this and the signature pastes but the shape does not fit the space for the signature and when I tried recording size/property adjustments of the image, I get a debug error.
