Macro to create new sheet with row heading related to cell value

Can you help me to create a new sheet based on the below.

Master sheet have the below data.

DATE	Name1	Name2	Name3	Name4	Name5
1-May-21	M	M	OFF	M	M
2-May-21	M	M	M	M	A
3-May-21	M	M	M	PO	L
4-May-21	M	M	M	PO	L
5-May-21	M	M	M	PO	L
6-May-21	M	M	M	M	M

I want to create a new sheet as below

01-May	Department	M	A	N	OFF	PO	L
		Name1			Name3
		Name2
		Name4
		Name5
02-May​
		Name1	Name5
		Name2
		Name3
		Name4

		Name1				Name4	Name5
		Name2
		Name3
04-May​

For me to help I would need a lot more details.
Your image does not show what columns we are dealing with.
Is Date in column A

I cannot see how you want the sheets named and what data gets copied to what sheets.

Oh sorry, let me explain, I have a monthly employee shift duty sheet (April 21, May 21).

DATE	DAY	Name1	Name2	Name3	Name4	Name5
1-May-21	Sat	M	M	OFF	M	M
2-May-21	Sun	M	M	M	M	A
3-May-21	Mon	M	M	M	PO	L
4-May-21	Tue	M	M	M	PO	L
5-May-21	Wed	M	M	M	PO	L
6-May-21	Thu	M	M	M	M	M

I want to generate the Result sheet in the below format, to show, each day, M-Morning shift which all employees, A-Afternoon shift which all employees, etc..

Sat 01-May-21	Department	M	A	N	OFF	PO	L
