Macro to create new sheet with row heading related to cell value

Hi Friends,

Can you help me to create a new sheet based on the below.

Master sheet have the below data.

DATEName1Name2Name3Name4Name5
1-May-21MMOFFMM
2-May-21MMMMA

5-May-21MMMPOL
6-May-21MMMMM

I want to create a new sheet as below

Excel Facts

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
For me to help I would need a lot more details.
Your image does not show what columns we are dealing with.
Is Date in column A

I cannot see how you want the sheets named and what data gets copied to what sheets.

Oh sorry, let me explain, I have a monthly employee shift duty sheet (April 21, May 21).

5-May-21WedMMMPOL

I want to generate the Result sheet in the below format, to show, each day, M-Morning shift which all employees, A-Afternoon shift which all employees, etc..

Sat 01-May-21DepartmentMANOFFPOL
