Hi excel community,

I have a woiksheet that has 11,000 rows of information. I only need the info that is on the odd rows. Can someone help me create a macro that will delete all of the even rows and then shift the cells back together leaving only the info that was in the odd rows?

Thanks in advance.

David

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
You could just insert a column, label the first row 1 and the second row 2, fill the entire series down with the 1 and 2, then use the auto filter and filter on the 1's and delete all these rows.
