Macro to delete all rows that don't start with a certain saying

Hi Everyone,

I just need a macro that can delete every row in activesheet that dose not start with the words "Orders Name Buy" in column Q
now this is not the only words in that cell, but will always be the first 3,

please help if you can thanks tony
