Macro to display Google search hyperlinks and tooltips reading other cell value from same record

Hello, newbie here.

I wonder if it's possible to create a macro which creates hyperlinks for all existing values in a column such that:
1. When user clicks a cell link, a Google search result page opens, showing results based on existing cell string value
2. Tooltip of each hyperlink shows value of another cell in the same record (this is needed because the respective column is hidden)

For example,
1. Clicking John displays a Google search for string "John"
2. Tooltip for hyperplink John is

Visible column
Hidden column
Johnstring B
Lucystring C

<tbody>
</tbody>

I need to use a macro instruction that is true for any record (i.e. not a separate instruction for each record or string value).
I am not a programmer and am not familiar with Excel syntax, I am hoping to be able to (more or less) paste code in the VB editor and do minor adaptations :)

Many thanks for looking into this!
Rodion.
