I am looking for a macro to do lookup in column M, and and return the value that is in P. I was trying a Vlookup but it does not always find the the numbers in my sheet and I have tried to have the exact format for the columns etc. The spreadsheet is about 15,000 lines.

Basically looking in column O and if it is in Column M it would return the value in Column P to Column N.

Thanks.
