I run 2 reports every week and I was wondering if there was a way to automate what I am doing. I run a report; however, I have to do the following in order to get the format correct:
1: Add 2 Extra Blank Colums after COL F
2: Run Text to Columns on COL F (Delimited by SPACE)
3: Del extra Columns (G & H) "I do not need the TIME and AM/PM Format)
4: Format COL F with Date (03/14/02) Format
Here is an example of a BEFORE and AFTER:
