Macro to filter and hide columns not working

I have a large training matrix that I am trying to put macros in for each manager. The sheet is only a couple hundred rows and several managers. I want to do a macro for each manager so they can just see their own direct reports. When I select their filter and hide the columns not needed and end everything looks fine. But when I run the macro most of the columns that should be shown are hidden. I go back and edit the macro and it looks fine. It only asks for certain columns to be hidden but many more are.

Has anyone else had a similar problem that could help me trouble shoot this? Driving me crazy, lol.

Thank you for your help!
