Macro to format all tabs excluding two - not working! help!??!

Hi All,

Quick question I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction with. I'm basically attempting to format all the tabs in a workbook excluding the first two tabs, named 'template' and 'error log'. I've done the following code, however when I run the macro it proceeds to format whatever tab you happen to be in, including the error log tab.

Can anyone see anything wrong in the below? Its a very basic macro, it purely add grid lines and bits of information, nothing technical at all.

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.

The issue is that looping through the Worksheet names does not actually activate or select them!
So, one easy would be to make the code work like this:

By the way, you can simplify a lot of your code too. Most any line that ends in "Select" and then next starts with "ActiveCell" or "Selection" can be combined (it is usually not necessary to select ranges to work with them).

So:

can be simplified to:

Thank you both of you, i will give it a try tomorrow and let you know how i get on. I haven’t done vb code since college 12 years ago so this is all a massive learning curve for me, much appreciated for your help and tips.
