Macro to hide rows on all sheets based on cell value on each row

I would like to get a macro that:
- Hides rows on several sheets
- Hide rows based on value in F-column, IF cell value is "No" then hide row
- IF cell equals value other than "No", unhide or stay unhided
Someone that can help me with that?
