So I have the data grouped The Group Name is in column A,
The Group we are looking for is In Sheet "Emails" Cell D25,
And The name of the email is in Sheet "Emails" Cell J17,
So what i want to do is go down column A and each time i find the group name im looking for insert the name of the email (i.e what's in Sheet "Emails" Cell J17)
into the first empty column after I (this might be different for each row? as some might have emails sent prior, and this is my problem,

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
It would be easier to assist if you posted your workbook for download. (No confidential information or email addresses)
