The existing code I have performs the delete function successfully but now I need the results to be moved to another workbook instead

Request assistance in creating a macro that:
- Filters column AO for the value "EVALUATE"
- Moves all of those rows to a new workbook that remains open. There is no requirement for name or filetype, so whatever gets created by default is fine
- Delete all of the original rows that were present in the filter from Workbook 1
