Macro to Open all files in a folder & create 1 summary f

I would like to open all files in a folder and create 1 summary file from them. Each text file that I have should go into an individual sheet of the summary file. So 12 .txt files would be in 1 XL workbook as 12 sheets. Can anyone help?
