Macro to refresh Query when part after = changes

I have the following URL that gets refreshed to update the data

http://147.905.48.70/Man/Sales/report98.trp?monthreported=12

I need a macro to refresh the data , but file to be refreshed changes each month based on the month end reported, which is after the = sign

The month on number will be inputted in A1 on sheet "Data"

The macro to link the number after = to A1 on sheet Data so that when period changes to say 1 then the file must be refreshed to or imported
