Macro to sort and Insert

I need a macro, that will copy the date below from Sheet 3 to Sheet 2, then sort by column Y first, then column V. This I think is probably easy enough, what I need to do as well as whenever there is a change in the Y column, after sorting I need a row Inserted. For example after sorting. In the Y column there might be all CAN codes, it then changes to JAP codes, if this happens a row needs to be inserted with JAP in the P column...hope that makes sense !!
