Macro to sum across columns with varying ranges

Hi All

I have a file where I need to sum the values to the left of ActiveCell across until column "B"

The file is produced on a weekly basis and the ActiveCell will always be row 5 but could be in a different column.

Could someone show me how to set variable range to use in the sum formula.
