Macro to toggle between 11-22 and 11:22

I'm trying to create a macro that will toggle my column of MAC addresses between 11-22-33-44-55-66 and 11:22:33:44:55:66.

This is the command I am experimenting with, but it requires the results to be placed in a different cell, rather than convert the MAC in its current cell:

=SUBSTITUTE(G1,"-",":")

How would I apply this to a range of cells, like G25:G50

Any suggestions?
