Macro to transfer data

Hi,
I have a sheet where I store data, in column AO I store updated comments, In Column G I store a uniqie id for that line item. Is it possible for this to happen.

I make a new entry in a new row, when I put a comment I click on a button on the top and it transfers the comment in sheet 2 in avertical format ie: Unique code from the row in A1 and comment in A2, The next row will subsequently save itself on the button click in B1&2 etc etc....whats tricky I guess is for the button to also identify if I put an updated comment in a one of the earlier rows and save it against the respective unique in sheet 2 below the first comment...this way may have rows of comments for a unique code
