I need help to transfer Quickbooks tables to Excel using macros. This is for our cfo, I'm familiar with Excel, but not with quickbooks.

Using Excel 2003 and Quickbooks Premier 2005.

Can anyone give me some pointers or links? Thanks!

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
I haven't used Quickbooks, but I'm pretty sure such a function is built-in nowadays. I doubt you'll need a macro. Have you looked for an Export option in the Quickbooks menus?

I successfully transfered the address book tables in txt to excel. But I asked the wrong question. I would like to transfer multiple lines from different forms in quickbooks to access/excel. Each form is a different customer and we would like to extract a line or two of data from each customer and add that in an access database(preferrably) or in excel. There's about 400 lines of data. Thank you.
