This is my first post and would like to get some help on writing a Macro to update few cells in a row based on a condition in a particular column. I have an excel spreadsheet 1 containing many columns and rows (Sample data below). type baseType ascId resultStrategy title description repExPurchaseRate card1 balance1 ABC CORE 18 Month Our balance transfer 21.9 card2 balance2 XYZ CORE 27 Month &nb 22.9 I have another spreadheet 2 where the same data is in a different structure. I would like to update few cells in spreadsheet 1 (like title, repExPurchaseRate)with data from spreadsheet 2 if card1 (under type column in spreadsheet 1) matches with a cell value in spreadsheet 2.
