Macro to update links

Is it possible to create a macro that will search the current directory and update the links to the new versions of reference sheets? Right now I have a summary sheet that links to files named as follows

Department - Category - Year - Version

Each of the sheets listed above has exactly the same format with a summary tab which i would like to link to.

The file I want to link to is

Summary - Category - Year - Version

This file has a summary line for each of the Departments which is exactly the same as the file name.

Is this possible to do. If this is not enough information please let me know.
