Macro to upload to Sharepoint Library

I have a template that I send out to my co-workers. Once they complete the template they upload it to a sharepoint library. I currently have a macro that is a hyperlink that will open their internet browser and take them to a page to upload their file. I would like to change it to a macro that will directly upload the file from excel into the sharepoint library. Is this possible?
