Macro transfer from a work to another workbook

Hi Im trying to transfer the time sheet in a specific to another work book but into a spefic tab name for example:
Workbook1 file
Date Employee Name Time-In Time-Out

9/17/2014 Alfie 9/17/2014 9:55:00 AM 9/17/2014 7:00:00 PM

Workbook2 file
TAB Name (Alfie)

on Cell A1 Time-In Time-Out
09/17/2014


on workbook2 Time In and Time-Out should be transferred, Pls help thanks in advance...
