Macro/VBA to Select From a List in a Pivot Table

Hi All, OK so i have a simple pivot table which contains information about the various departments in my organisation - there are 30 or so of these split across several services.

Pivot table works fine no problems - what im trying to do is add a static button/dropdown box to a worksheet so that a user can use it to select an individual department from the pivot in isolation and refresh the pivot table accordingly?

Any ideas or better solutions welcomed!
