Macro warning

I keep getting a macro warning when there are no macros on my workbook. There WAS one, but I took it off when after I ran it. I can't set the macro security to low even.

Customize Quick Access Toolbar. From All Commands, add Speak Cells or Speak Cells on Enter to QAT. Select cells. Press Speak Cells.
You have to delete the module that held the macro, not just the text of the macro..

in the VBA window, delete any modules listed (not the sheet modules, or thisworkbook)
