Good morning,
I need to write a macro to insert a new row between every second row but only from row 10 to 20

Someone can help me ??

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
Try this:
VBA Code:
Sub Insert_Rows()
'Modified 2/3/2022  5:29:58 AM  EST
Application.ScreenUpdating = False
Dim i As Long
    For i = 10 To 20 Step 2
        Rows(i).Insert
    Next
Application.ScreenUpdating = True
End Sub
