Hello All,

I have an issue when I export a sheet to PDF. The macros become disabled. I believe more than likely due to some incompatibility with Adobe Acrobat Pro.

After installing Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020, there is now an additional option when I click File > Export (see image)

If I use the Adobe export function, then when finished, the macros are disabled. I get this message if I then try to run a macro ...
"Cannot run the macro ...... The macro may not be available in this workbook or macros are disabled"

If I use the built-in export function in Excel to create a PDF, works OK and macros are not disabled. One can only conclude the problem is something in Adobe.

I prefer the Adobe function, but am not married to it.

So, I have tried to use the security options to enable macros, etc, but to no avail. If I close and reopen the workbook, everything works again.

Any thoughts? Maybe I just need to not use the Adobe export function.

Regards,

Steve
