Macros button assignments not working?

Yesterday I changed my OS from Win7 to Win10, although not sure if that has anything to do with this issue in Excel...

I have a series of macros which reside in my personal.xlsb file, that I have keys assigned to in my toolbars, that no longer work. If i hit these buttons I get the following message;

"Cannot run the macro <location of="" personal.xlsb'!nameofmacro'=""></location>. the macro may not be available in this workbook or all macros may be disabled."

If I go to the developer tab tab, the personal.xlsb file is there and I can manually run the various macros just fine and they work perfectly. Why would the buttons no longer work?

Thanks in advance!

You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK

The underlying code that defines the file location of the macros does not match their current location. Yep, big pain to have to delete the old icons and remap, rename and select the icon all over again.
Been there, done that...
