Example:
I have a number that calculates as .84999999995, but only want to register as 2 decimals (.85). When I set the format to 2 decimal places it will display as .85, but the longer number is still there behind the scene. My problem is that when I do a mail merge the longer number comes across and I only want the .85 to display. Is there a way around this?

Thank you
