What is the fastest way to copy a formula?
If A2:A50000 contain data. Enter a formula in B2. Select B2. Double-click the Fill Handle and Excel will shoot the formula down to B50000.
Hi tony

I'm no expert at word, so my quick and dirty solution is to stick in an extra column next to the date, convert all your dates to text, and use that in your word doc. Works for me.

As for the amount, once again, extra column, convert to text and stick a £ sign before it in the converted column.

As I said, someone may come up with a more elegant solution, but just to get you up and running, this works for me.

Hope this helps.

By the way, I'd ask one of the admins to change your username from your e-mail address to something more anonymous. It's only a matter of time before some nasty little program picks it up and you end up with a deluge of spam.
